Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Matador tags attached, ensuring the products are in their original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
